Michael B. Leach, Ph.D. Clinical and Forensic Psychologist Dr. Leach is co-director and founder of the Center. He is a graduate of Brown University and received advanced degrees at Case Western Reserve University. He was a National Institutes of Mental Health Fellow at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Michael is a qualified divorce mediator. He also provides domestic relations court evaluations at the request of attorneys and judges. He spends a good deal of his time counseling couples and offering intensive short-term counseling for individuals and families coping with divorce. Read more about Dr. Leach. |

Deborah A. Koricke, Ph.D. Clinical and Forensic Psychologist Dr. Deborah Koricke is the Center's Vice President; she manages all the company's business functions as well as having an active clinical practice. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Case Western Reserve University, Dr. Koricke holds a BA in Psychology and an MA and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. She has completed additional training in forensic psychology from Case Western Reserve School of Law and University Hospitals of Cleveland. Dr. Koricke specializes in forensic psychology, and works routinely in local, state and federal courts. She has completed numerous evaluations for a variety of courts for allocation of parental rights and responsibilities, as well as other functions in Domestic Relations Courts. Dr Koricke has worked with both local, national and international custody cases. Additionally, Dr. Koricke works with those involved in the criminal justice system, performing a variety of evaluations with both juveniles and adults. She evaluates individuals for competency to stand trial, not guilty by reason of insanity, amenibility to rehabilitation and for mitigation purposes. Dr. Koricke additionally works with those facing capital charges. Dr Koricke also works with other individuals of all ages, from children through geriatric clients, facing adjustment challenges and/or coping with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma and other changing life circumstances. |

Kathleen Kern, Ph.D. Clinical and Forensic Psychologist Kathleen is a licensed clinical psychologist with fifteen years of experience providing comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents. She has extensive experience with the evaluation of ADHD, Learning, Behavioral, and Emotional Disorders in youth which is complimented by experience evaluating Substance Related Disorders in adolescents. Kathleen has furnished reports for schools and juvenile court settings as well as to inform clinical practice. |

Cassandra B. Morton, M.Ed., M.A. Psychotherapist Cassandra holds graduate degrees in Clinical Psychology and Counseling from The Cleveland State University. Mrs. Morton has worked with the Center for over 20 years as a psychotherapist. She is a dedicated and inspiring behavioral health professional who has extensive experience in applied psychology. Mrs. Morton works with adults, families and children. She works with her clients in various settings, both in the office and at their homes and in the community. She is especially interested in helping individuals, couples and families successfully work through life adjustment challenges. |

Sandra E. Turner, Ed.S., LPCC, LICDD Professional Counselor Sandy has strong background in providing counseling to adults and teens. She is also highly regarded as a specialist in the assessment and treatment of chemical dependency. Prior to entering full-time private practice, Sandy directed chemical dependency programs at Glenbeigh Hospital and Family Health Association. Sandy has also received specialized training in hypnosis and in family therapy. |

Anna Cacchione, LISW-S Ms. Cacchione’s areas of clinical expertise are as follows: abuse (physical, sexual, etc.), anger management, cognitive behavioral therapy, compulsive gambling, crisis diversionary services, dissociative disorders, domestic violence, forensic issues, grief/bereavement, pain management, personality disorders, and phobias. Ms. Cacchione also has expertise in the assessment and treatment of substance abuse disorders. Populations that Ms. Cacchione treats are children and adolescents, adults, couples/marriage therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Chivonna Childs Licensed Professional Counselor Chivonna received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Bowling Green State University. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Cleveland State University. She has approximately 11 years working in mental health and social services. Her populations of interests include Adults, Older adults, Teenagers, Children and Families with the goal of assisting people in living life more effectively. She has a particular interest in working with Mood and Anxiety disorders. She is supervised by Dr. Koricke to provide assistance in therapy and diagnostic testing. |

David Bostwick, LSW Licensed Social Worker Dave has a MSSW from Cleveland State University and is a licensed social worker. Additionally Dave is a LCDC III (Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional Level III) as well as a SAP (Substance Abuse Professional). Dave is qualified to conduct DOT (Return to duty) evaluations. Dave’s area of expertise is in forensic social work and my areas of competence with supervision include Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Anger Management, Marital Counseling, Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence, work with Juveniles with substance abuse and other issues and Workmen’s Compensation cases. |

Pamela Corrigan, M.A. Psychology Assistant Pam is an assistant to Drs. Leach and Koricke. She is a graduate of Brown University, and received her Masters’ degree in psychology from Cleveland State University. Working under the supervision of a clinical psychologist, she provides assistance in diagnostic testing, and with counseling of children, adolescents and adults. |

| Dan Trigiani Psychology Assistant Dan is a graduate student in clinical psychology who provides assistance to Dr. Koricke as part of his advanced training. He has a special interest in pain management, and assists Dr. Leach in performing pain evaluations. |

| Dr. Stein is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, and trained in General Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. She trained in General Psychiatry at MetroHealth Hospitals of Cleveland and Stanford University School of Medicine and completed a combined National Institutes of Mental Health-Stanford University fellowship in Human Development. Louis Busacca is a Licensed Professional Counselor/Clinical Resident in Ohio and National Certified Counselor. He holds a Doctorate in Counseling and Human Development from Kent State University. He is certified in clinical-rational hypnotherapy from the National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists. Dr. Busacca is a member of the American Counseling Association, the Ohio Counseling Association, and American Psychological Association. Dr. Busacca has provided clinical counseling and psychological services in community mental health agencies and university counseling centers. He was adjunct professor of counseling for Youngstown State University and Cleveland State University. | |
